Starting January 1st, 2022 all appointments will need to be booked online on our website www.rhanesspa.com.
Please call at least 24 hours in advance to book your spa treatment. We are a small business and we cannot guarantee same-day, walk-in appointments without interrupting other spa guests’ reserved times. We place customers on a waiting list should a cancellation open up a time slot.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment; if you’re a new customer, you need to fill out an intake form.
We ask that if you receive a gift certificate, that you call/text to book all appointments. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ONLINE, you will have to pay. We don't want you to pay for a treatment that is already paid for. You can also make appointments on Facebook and or Instagram.
Any late arrivals will receive the remaining amount of time scheduled for their appointment, this is to guarantee the other spa guests’ reserved time is not delayed. Late arrivals will still be charge the full charged amount of their treatment.
We understand situations happen, but out of respect for our Esthetician and Spray tan Technicians' time reserved for you, we need at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Last-minute cancellations and no-show customers will be charged or invoiced for the full amount of the service and will be required to pre-pay any future spa services.
1. Services rendered cannot be refunded
2. No refunds will be made for a no show of any reservation.
3. We will gladly exchange unused products, if you return the product with receipt within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be exchanged if unused and in its original packaging.
4. Gift card orders are not exchangeable nor refundable.
We accept cash, and all major credit cards. There will be a $55.00 fee for Refunds on credit cards for service fee.
