Check in:
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Beyond the check-in policies, we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Rhanes Spa.


When scheduling an appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. We are a small business and cannot guarantee walk-in appointments for spa treatments without interfering with other guests’ reserved time.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy:
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share or sell our client lists with outside companies.

Special Conditions:
Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or diabetes. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

What to Wear During Your Treatment:
If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist or therapist how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions.

Modesty Concerns:
It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our spa. Towels and robes are provided and can keep you covered. Therapists are well-trained in the “art of draping,” which means that they leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the massage table, and they keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are massaging. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the table.

This Is a Professional Spa Establishment:
Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

Visitors & Children's Policy:
Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa's ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors' accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy.

Rhanes Spa is an adult facility. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

Age Requirement:
All spa guests must be 10 years of age or older and must have an appointment.  Junior spa-goers between the ages of 10 through 15 can enjoy teen facials, airbrush tanning, and eyebrow or lip sugaring.  Junior spa goers between the ages of 16-17 can enjoy the previous list of services as well as a massage, body sugaring, and tanning (ex: underarms, arms, tummy, and bikini area).  All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed guardian consent form.

As of November 2017, anyone under the age of 18 can no longer tan at our facility. 

Personal Belongings:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Rhanes Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival, and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur, but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 918-872-9211, or you may contact us below. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail or email your gift certificate to you. Our gift cards never expire. 

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.

Gift certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. Only one gift certificate can be used per service; they cannot be combined with other gift cards.

Please note that if you have a gift card from us, please give us a call so that we can set up your appointment time. If you book online, the system will charge you for the full treatment time.

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages; customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, or with a credit card.

Spa Promotions:
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.

Return Policy:
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home.

In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. We cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more.

We cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Rhanes Spa.

Payment Types:

We accept cash, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover cards.

As of 2017, we no longer accept checks.

Rhanes Spa has the right to refuse service at anytime.
